Strategy has something to do with leadership. Could one think about a leader without a strategy? What is she leading towards? Whom is she leading—the followers? How does the leader explain the strategy to her followers?

Let us then dwell upon what is this strategy that one should have in order to lead. Is it just a dream, a goal, an objective, or is it one of these or a combination of some or all of these?
